Deutsche Vermögensberatung Aktiengesellschaft DVAG acquires shares of Global Sana AG

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Deutsche Vermögensberatung Aktiengesellschaft DVAG, Germany’s largest independent financial sales company, on the acquisition of a participation in the independent insurance broker Global Sana AG. Deutsche Vermögensberatung becomes majority shareholder of Global Sana AG. The joint objective is to take a leading position in all finance consulting in Switzerland.
