Daniel Eisele wins the ILO Client Choice Award in the category Litigation Switzerland for the third time

At this year’s ILO Client Choice Awards in London Daniel Eisele, Partner of NKF, won the award in the category Litigation Switzerland for the third time (after 2014 and 2015). Based on the assessment of senior corporate counsel, this award recognizes law firms and individual partners globally for their excellent client service. Receiving this award is an honour and a confirmation of our values. In the future we will continue to focus on our expertise, innovative solutions and enthusiasm to our clients’ interests.

The criteria for the award focus on an ability to add real value to clients’ business above and beyond the other players in the market. The shortlist was generated from an independent subscriber survey of senior corporate counsel only, which received more than 2,000 responses from corporate counsel. Additional research and interviews were then conducted by the Client Choice team determining the winning firms and partners. The winning individuals were assessed on the following client service criteria:
