- R&S Group and its shareholders in its sale to VT5 Acquisition Company AG, constituting Switzerland’s first De-SPAC transaction, in 2023
- The underwriters in connection with the CHF 4 billion share capital increase by Credit Suisse Group AG in 2022
- NEC Corporation in its CHF 2.05 billion acquisition of Avaloq Group AG in 2020
- EFG International in its agreement to transfer around CHF 1.2 billion of client assets to Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino in 2020
- Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, UBS and other members of the bank syndicate in connection with the IPO of SoftwareONE on SIX Swiss Exchange with a market capitalization of CHF 2.8 billion in 2019
- Stadler Rail AG in its IPO on SIX Swiss Exchange with an offer size of CHF 1.5 billion and a market capitalization of CHF 3.8 billion in 2019
- Actelion Ltd in connection with the $30 billion public tender offer by Johnson & Johnson for the shares of Actelion and the simultaneous demerger and listing of Idorsia Ltd in 2017
