Our IP team has particular expertise in advising on all of the intellectual property issues arising in M&A, licensing and other transactions. We work as part of integrated project teams both within the firm and with top tier firms in other jurisdictions. We advise on and conduct due diligence reviews on IP matters including assessing IP portfolios and examining and advising on IP antitrust risks and remedies to mitigate them.

We advise on IP licensing arrangements and IP portfolio transfers as well as IP separation and carve-out issues. We also advise on IP issues in connection with initial public offerings.
