We advise clients launching new products or developing existing products. We analyse their IP portfolio and support them in developing strategies that meet their business requirements. We also research the availability of IP rights to assess potential conflicts with third parties at an early stage and offer possible solutions to preempt or resolve any conflicts.

After determining the IP strategy and registering the relevant IP rights, we assist our clients in monitoring the market and in taking appropriate measures and defenses in conflicts. We have a strong track record in protecting and defending IP rights, and have successfully represented our clients before Swiss courts of all levels and in administrative proceedings before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property and other administrative authorities.
