We regularly advise on the structuring, issuance and distribution of innovative capital market instruments in Switzerland. As recognised SIX Exchange Regulation representatives, we handle the documentation process for our clients, including drafting prospectuses, applications for listing and notifications for structured products, Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs) or Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs) to be listed on SIX Swiss Exchange.

We advise on distribution issues with respect to non listed products and prepare the full suite of legal documentation.
