We also represent clients before federal and cantonal administrative and court proceedings on public law matters. Our cross disciplinary team is made up of experts from across different practice areas in particular Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Technology, Banking, Finance & Regulatory and Employment working closely together to meet our clients’ needs effectively and efficiently.
Experience
- Advising Eichhof Immobilien AG, a subsidiary of BVK the pension fund of the Canton of Zurich, on the complex legal issues arising in the development of the former industrial site Eichhof West
- Advising and representing RUAG Real Estate AG and Nidwalden AirPark AG, both subsidiaries of RUAG Holding AG, which in turn is fully owned by the Swiss Confederation, in proceedings regarding the design plan for 90,000 sqm of land at Buochs Airport for the competence centre for airspace technology
- Advising BMW on the “SBB Green Card”, the combined offer of public and private transportation by Swiss Federal Railways “SBB”, in cooperation with BMW. The product includes a general rail pass and use of a BMW i3 allowing customers to travel from door to door. The results of the project generated by ETH’s Institute of Traffic Planning and Transport Systems and Geoinformation and Cartography are of strategic importance for SBB to gain important insights in the future of combined mobility
