Niederer Kraft Frey advised Martin Mucha as insolvency administrator of Auto-Kabel Group on the Swiss law aspects throughout the restructuring process, as well as on the sale to Voltaira Group, a subsidiary of FIT-Foxconn Interconnect Technology Ltd.
