Profile
Manuel Constam is part of the firm’s Transaction Team and focuses mainly on corporate/M&A, corporate finance and capital markets transactions. He studied Law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he worked as a research and teaching assistant at a chair for legal history. He also gained further practical experiences during internships at NKF and another corporate law firm in Zurich.
