Paul Reinhart AG acquires Minka SGS AG

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the sellers on the sale of Minka SGS AG, Winterthur, a cocoa bean sourcing company with local subsidiaries in five cocoa producing countries, to Paul Reinhart AG. The first part of the transaction was completed in early July 2023.
