NKF wins “National Law Firm of the Year: Switzerland” and “Deal of the Year: Equity” awards at the IFLR Europe Awards 2023

Niederer Kraft Frey has been recognised as Swiss Law Firm of the Year at the IFLR Europe Awards 2023.

Furthermore, NKF has also been awarded in the category “Deal of the Year: Equity” for acting as Swiss advisor to Porsche on its international initial public offering and listing on Frankfurt Stock Exchange (view announcement).

The IFLR Europe Awards ceremony was held on 3 May 2023 in London.

The IFLR Europe Awards celebrate the most innovative cross-border transactions and the teams and lawyers behind them.

The two award wins come shortly after NKF’s “Deal of the year: Equity” award win at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2023, which took place in March 2023 in Singapore (view announcement).
