Reto Seiler is part of the Banking, Finance & Regulatory team. He advises Swiss and international banks and other financial institutions on a broad range of regulatory and civil law matters. His work also focuses on financing and debt capital market transactions as well as restructurings and insolvency matters. Reto studied Law & Economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and did an exchange semester at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. Besides his studies, he was a research assistant at the Center for Law & Economics at ETH Zurich.
