Andrea has extensive experience in international and domestic M&A transactions (acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, spin-offs) in many industries, including financial services, information technology, life sciences and health care, real estate, hotels, education, luxury goods, distribution, services and manufacturing.

She further advises clients from all industries and sectors on general corporate and commercial matters (joint ventures, restructurings, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance).

She also regularly assists banks and borrowers on all types of finance transactions and advises banks and security dealers on regulatory matters.
