Marché Restaurants Schweiz acquires Popeyes Restaurants

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Marché Restaurants Schweiz AG (a subsidiary of Coop) on the acquisition of three Popeyes restaurants located in Basel, Zurich Oerlikon and Spreitenbach from QR Group.

Marché Restaurants Schweiz AG is the market leader in Swiss highway catering. Popeyes is a chain of fried chicken fast food restaurants that was originally formed in New Orleans, Louisiana.
