A practical walk-through of the legal landscape, enforcement, management liability and discussions on potential real-world situations

Cybersecurity incidents are a reality for most Swiss companies and the awareness of cyber risks has grown. From a legal perspective there are still some challenges and there are also open questions relating to the responsibility and liability of management when cyberattacks occur.

The NKF Technology Team is delighted to invite you to a seminar covering this topic which will last 60 minutes with presentations from the NKF Technology Team, followed by interactive discussions with the participants and drinks.

The seminar will provide insights on the following:

• General introduction and presentation of some real-world cybersecurity cases/incidents
• Overview of the legal landscape in Switzerland and the challenges when enforcing cybersecurity law provisions
• Responsibility and liability of management with regard to cybersecurity incidents
