Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG acquires global R&D center and office property

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG on the acquisition, as part of a 30 year sale & leaseback transaction, of the global R&D center from Syngenta AG in Stein (AG). NKF further advised the investment manager on the acquisition of a large office property located at Rue de Lausanne, next to Geneva-Cornavin railway station, from Credit Suisse AG. The two acquisitions amount to a total investment of about CHF 450 million.

Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG is the investment management business of Schroders plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange. The investment manager offers institutional and private investors a wide range of Swiss-domestic and foreign-domiciled funds, along with bespoke investment mandates.
