Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and ING Bank N.V. arrange refinancing for Green
Niederer Kraft Frey advised Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. acting as agent and coordinator, ING Bank N.V. acting as coordinator and the syndicate on the landmark refinancing of Green’s existing credit facilities agreement. The refinancing aims to support Green’s growth investment program and strengthens its market position. The credit facilities agreement is one of the very first Swiss financing transactions with a pool of both international and Swiss banks that provides for a rate switch mechanism regarding the change of the base rate used for the calculation of interest from CHF LIBOR to a risk-free base rate (SARON).
